Proforma invoice: accepted.

Goods shipments: a commercial invoice written in English with detailed sender and consignee information, customs code of each item, a detailed goods description, item value, currency, incoterm and origin is required for customs clearance.

P.O. box addresses for delivery: not accepted.

The consignee’s telephone number is required on the waybill.

Postcode format: NNNN (4 digits).

CUSTOMS:
Customs threshold value for customs duties and taxes: 1 USD, whatever the goods or the consignee (private individual or business).
Customs duties paid by the sender (DDP): possible for business senders (BtoB and BtoC) with a DPD account.

DECLARATION OF ORIGIN:
Declaration of Origin on Invoice (DOI) accepted for shipments under 6,000 euros.
No value limit for accredited exporter (AE). If shipment value is over 6 000 euros and not an AE, an EUR1 certificate may be prepared by the sender.

Documents are defined as unbound, loose paperwork and letters.
Maximum weight of 3kgs per parcel.
No invoice required.

Airfreight
For heavier (>30kgs) or bulkier non-urgent shipments.
All shipments require a commercial or tax invoice for Customs purposes.

Parcels Express
Maximum weight of 30kgs per parcel.
Note: multiple pieces may be sent provided they are less than 30kgs per piece.
